This page allows you to permanently delete your Alnoor Connect account and all associated data without needing to reinstall or access the app.

📋 What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request account deletion, the following data associated with your account will be permanently removed:

  • Your full name and display name
  • Email address
  • Profile picture
  • Phone number
  • Academic major and year of study
  • Birthdate
  • Activity registration history
  • All preferences and settings
  • Account authentication credentials

⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

⏱️ How Long Will It Take?

Once we receive your deletion request, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

ℹ️ Additional Information

  • No App Required: You do not need to have the app installed to request deletion.
  • Email Confirmation: Make sure to use the email address that is registered with your account.

  • التخصص الأكاديمي وسنة الدراسة

  • سجل تسجيل الأنشطة
  • جميع التفضيلات والإعدادات
  • بيانات اعتماد مصادقة الحساب

⚠️ هذا الإجراء دائم ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.

⏱️ كم من الوقت سيستغرق؟

بمجرد استلام طلب الحذف الخاص بك، سيتم حذف حسابك وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به بشكل دائم في غضون 30 يوماً. ستتلقى بريداً إلكترونياً تأكيدياً بمجرد اكتمال عملية الحذف.
